The Super Micro CES 2012 stand has a SuperWorkstation Showcase, housing new machines such as the high-end SS7046GT-TRF for CAD/CAM/CAE, 3D visualisation and scientific applications.
The company says the dual-CPU 4 GPU SuperWorkstation boasts high memory and storage capacity, together with 1792 GPU cores delivering 4.12 Teraflops of performance.
The SuperWorkstation line goes from high-end to entry-level game development and creative design systems. It supports Intel Xeon and 2nd generation Core processors, NVidia Quadro and Tesla CPUs, and memory capacities of up to 288GB.
