Bose Professional announces additions to the ControlSpace EX processor series-- namely two designed for conference rooms (EX-440C and EX-12AEC) and one dedicated for general purpose applications (EX-1280).
The ControlSpace EX-440C features an open architecture, all-in-one design, making for a conferencing processor allowing high-quality microphone integration and audio processing for small-to-medium size conference rooms. Various inputs and outputs, including x4 mic/line analog inputs, x4 analog outputs, onboard VoiP, PSTN, USB, Bose AmpLink output, 8-channel acoustic echo cancelling (AEC) and 16x16 Dante connectivity allow for flexible configuration.
With an open architecture design, x12 AECs and 16x16 Dante connectivity the ControlSpace EX-12AEC conferencing processor provides a cost-effictive, robust expansion for conference rooms using ControlSpace EX-series conferencing processors.
Bose describes the ControlSpace EX-1280 as a more powerful big brother to existing Bose ESP open architecture DSPs. Designed for a wide variety of applications, the EX-1280 leverages advanced signal processing and a floating-point open architecture DSP to create dynamic audio installations. It offers x12 mic/line analog inputs, x8 analog outputs, Bose AmpLink output and 64x64 Dante connectivity, as well as USB port for easy integration with PC audio devices for playback and recording.
The front panel interface includes a large OLED display and rotary encoder, making it easier to set network parameters and monitor channel activity. Installers can connect compatible Bose CC-64 and CC-46 controllers, ControlCenter digital zone controllers and ControlSpace Remote clients for seamless and approachable interfaces.
Making the setup processor simpler for all three processors is ControlSpace Designer software. It features drag-and-drop programming together with an expansive signal processing library, with automatic mic mixing, multiband graphics and parametric EQs, Bose loudspeaker libraries, signal generators, routers, mixers, AGCs, duckers, gates, compressors, source selectors, delays, logic and advanced Dante device control.
All new models are compatible with the Bose Professional line of Dante endpoints and end-user controllers, including wall-mount and mobile device control using ControlSpace Remote.
