The Ingram Micro Commercial and Lifecycle Services ITAD Group announces a collaboration with Eracent integrating the BlueIQ asset tracking system with Eracent IT Management Center (ITMC).
The result, the two companies say, provides customers using both products with seamless integration to monitor and control asset detail, location, status and final disposition through the full product lifecycle. Thus, Ingram Micro ITAD clients using Eracent ITMC can manage assets from acquisition through disposition via single dashboard.
