SCC adds mobile voice and data capabilities to its Cloud Delivered Managed Services (CDMS) proposition through the acquisition of a controlling stake in One Point.
The financial details of the deal are not available.
One Point unifies best-in-class technologies to simplify the delivery of mobile voice and data services. It will continue operating as normal post-"strategic partnership," retaining the brand and existing leadership team.
