Visix adds a Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) model to its MeetingMinder line of meeting room signs (you know, the ones that sit next to the entrance of a room and can be used as a sign, a meeting schedule calendar or even as a small digital signage display).
A new 15” model interactive display allows a single Ethernet cable to supply both power and data to the room sign, addressing concerns of both physical concealment and AC proximity for power bricks.
