BrightSign and Bluefin bring together the BrightSign built-in room booking solution and Signagelive with a bundle consisting of a 10.1-inch BrightSign touchscreen and a 1-year Signagelive software license.
The touchscreen is a commercial-grade number complete with built-in power over ethernet (PoE+) and four perimeter lighting strips. The green and red perimeter lighting provides visibility into room status, and PoE+ allows for easy one-cable installation.
Meanwhile SignageLive software handles room scheduling and digital communication. It is syncs with Office365 and G Suite Calendar to display room availability across either individual screens or an entire fleet, and users can schedule meetings via laptop, smartphone or the screen. A room booking widget allows one to book a room immediately from the screen, as well as extend or end meetings early with the push of a button.
The display bundle also includes a full metal powder coated housing, edge-to-edge glass and 8GB microSD card slot.
