Logitech acquires Milan-based videoconferencing solutions provider Mirial, and will integrate it within its LifeSize division.
LifeSize will immediately start selling Mirial's products through its channels as soon as acquisition procedures are complete, and will continue supporting them for the time being.
Mirial's offerings are available on a large number of iOS and Android devices, and its ClearSea solution even supports H.264 on Tegra2-based smartphones.
The future will see Logitech integrating Mirial products into LifeSize services, such as the cloud-based Passport Connect.
