Global AV systems integration and collaboration solutions provider AVI-SPL expands towards Germany with the opening of a Frankfurt office for the servicing of customers in the country.
The company designs, builds and integrates standard solutions for the enhancement of organisation, communication, collaboration and productivity. It names the likes of Microsoft (Surface Hub and Skype for Business), Crestron, Cisco, NEC and Polycom, among others, as partners.
The Frankfurt office will also provide German-speaking assistance with a 24-hour help desk and field services, as well as virtual network operations centre (VNOC) to support its video managed services portfolio in the country. Managing the office is AV industry veteran Johannes Stehr.
“We recognized a desire from our clientele for additional AV and collaboration solutions support in Germany and made the decision to increase our resources there,” the company says. “Johannes’ experience and knowledge of what our German customer’s need, as well as the impressive team he continues to construct is a tremendous addition to AVI-SPL, and to our enterprise clients throughout the area.”
AVI-SPL has already started daily operations in Germany, and the Frankfurt office should officially open on 1 November 2016.
