Avnet launches the EMEA version of its Cloud Marketplace in France and the UK, with Germany, the Netherlands and Poland to follow later during 2016 and 2017.
The Cloud Marketplace offers Avnet cloud services together with offerings from the likes of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Brocade, Cisco, IBM, NetApp, Oracle, SoftLayer and VMware. It is available as either a consumption or subscription-based service.
"The Avnet Cloud Marketplace is the latest example of how we're helping our partners capitalise on next-generation technologies as they evolve to ensure their own long-term success in the rapidly changing technology market," the company says. "We've designed the Marketplace based on our expert insights across a range of public, private and hybrid cloud environments, creating a one-stop shop for partners to deliver solutions that help organisations make the transition to a cloud-based business model."
The Avnet Cloud Marketplace first launched in the US back in November 2015.
