Oracle Adds to Cloud Applications

Oracle announces the latest version of its Cloud Applications suite-- Oracle Cloud Applications Release 13, now with enhancements across customer experience (CX), enterprise resource planning (ERP), human capital management (HCM) and supply chain management.

OracleThe new release improves on Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud, Oracle Customer Experience (CX) Cloud Suite, Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Cloud and Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud. In addition the user experience is ehanced to further help customers personalise their experience and improve productivity, insight and collaboration.

Release 13 adds over 200 major features and 6 products to Oracle SCM Cloud, covering sales and operation planning, demand management, supply planning, collaboration, quality management and maintenance. Oracle CX Cloud Suite gets the Oracle Engagement Cloud, a solution combining sales and service capabilities to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and upsell opportunities, while Oracle ERP Cloud offers extended depth and breadth across Financials, Procurement, and Project Portfolio Management.

As for Oracle HCM Cloud, the company enhanced the end-to-ed solution for all HCM processes with improved capabilities to support customer needs with unionised workforces, such as retail and health care, with flexible work models.
