Symantec launches a security offerings for companies with less than 20 employees-- Norton Small Business, a subscription-based number with a 100% virus removal guarantee.
"Small businesses were targeted in 30% of all cyberattacks in 2013," the company says. "While the risks are real, small business owners with fewer than 20 employees often wear multiple hats and don’t have the time or resources to manage IT needs.”
According to Symantec Norton Small Business features "advanced" cybersecurity via Insight and SONAR technologies, as well as Mobile Insight app-scanning technology, remote locate, lock and wipe capabilities to take care of mobile devices.
It covers multiple devices and device types, including PCs, Macs, Androids and iDevices. A flexible subscription model allows customers to transfer licenses on the fly as per business needs, while a web-based management portal provides consistent protection levels and access to live Norton support.
